Allison Fuller

Allison Fuller began her career at Kaufman Law as an intern while she was a student in the Paralegal Studies program at Kennesaw State University. While not originally intended to be a permanent hire, Allison impressed the staff with her tenacity and investigative skills and was brought on permanently in 2013. Allison's primary focus at the firm is in the area of research and investigation throughout the duration of a case, conducting statements of witnesses and police officers, inspecting property damage, locating people, background information and assets. In all trucking cases, Allison works closely with experts during the reconstruction phase and obtains records from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Georgia Department of Transportation to be used later in Litigation.

In addition to her legal studies, Allison obtained a degree in Accounting from Georgia State University, and her Certification from the University of Georgia in Legal Investigation. She has management experience working in the fields of tax preparation and assisting with high volume attorney recruitment. Prior to joining Kaufman Law, she spent time volunteering with various Superior and State Court Judges in both Fulton County and Cobb County.

Allison grew up in Georgia and Florida. She acquired a passion for investigation from her family, many of whom are in the military and various police forces. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, other outdoor activities and obsessively rooting for the Braves.
